ACP

Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) initiative, assists low-income households with the cost of internet access and connected devices like laptops and tablets.

If you or someone you live with currently receives government assistance like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, a Pell Grant, or free and reduced-price lunch, you are probably eligible. You are also probably eligible if your household's income is less than 200% of the federal poverty line.

If your household qualifies, you might get:

• Your internet service will be discounted by up to $30 monthly.
• If your household lives on qualifying tribal lands, you could save up to $75 per month.
• A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50).
• A low-cost service plan that may be fully covered through the ACP

We are always here to assist you

Additional no-cost plans may be available to Affordable Connectivity Program enrollees through a separate non-FCC initiative.

Per household, only one monthly service discount and one device discount are permitted. Consumers must enroll in the ACP with a participating provider (IT Auditors PR) that offers connected devices IT Auditors PR will provide the discount to the consumer.

Manage My Benefit

How to Transfer Your ACP Benefit  (Ask Us)

If you want to transfer your ACP benefits to a new company, you can do so once a month. Contact the company that provides ACP and ask them to transfer your ACP benefits to another company. Before your employer can transfer you, you may need to reapply. If you receive a discounted internet-connected device (laptop, tablet, or desktop computer) through the program, you will not be eligible for a new discounted device, even if you switch internet providers.

When your new employer is ready to transfer you, they will need the following information:

  • Your full name, date of birth, the identity information you provided with your application, home address, phone number, and email address are all required.
  • Your verbal or written permission to transfer your benefits.

You may be able to transfer your benefits more than once per calendar month if you qualify. Check with your employer to see if you qualify for a transfer exception. In most cases, there should be no interruption in service.
